Experienced finance and operations professional, Pierce, joined the ZTransform team as our Senior Accountant in 2023.
Before joining ZTransform, Pierce held the position of Finance and HR Administrator at global software development and business solutions provider delaPlus, for just 2 years, before being promoted to Finance Manager.
Earlier in her career, Pierce took Operations Manager roles at broadcast playout solutions provider, BroadStream, and at server and at automation specialist Videtechnics, where she was responsible for implementing key processes and practices across the organisation.
Pierce is a key member of the team, offering valuable insights into finance processes and business commerce, as well as practical day to day accounting.
