Jim is a Senior Program Manager with an established background in information technology.
In this role, he provides key project management discipline across a breadth of client and project profiles. He is the leader of the overall ZTransform team and is directly responsible for team coordination, logistics, communications, reporting, and overall project success.
Prior to joining ZTransform, he drove the delivery of solutions for brands including Macy’s Systems & Technology, Cater’s | Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Verizon, Holiday Inn Express, Daimler Smart, Coca-Cola USA, Johnson & Johnson and Mars (MyM&Ms) in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
He began his career working with Coca-Cola USA as a liaison between their internal technical groups and Accenture. With an emergent expertise in Project Execution and Information Technology, he worked with top-tier New York Digital Agencies, including Razorfish, DraftFCB Health, Dentsu | McGarry Bowen, and Sapient Nitro. With over ten years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams from strategy through deployment of mission-critical enterprise solutions, he’s used a blend of established and hybrid methodologies to meet and exceed requirements and KPIs.
