Julie is an accomplished HR Leader with more than 25 years experience in industries such as broadcasting, technology, sales, manufacturing and non-profits. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Queens University, in Charlotte, North Carolina. She holds her Professional HR certification, and is a Certified DISC Facilitator.
Julie started her HR Consulting business, HRVue, in 2018, in Seattle, WA. Her business spans from coast to coast. Employee Relations, Workplace Strategy, HR Compliance, Project Management, Leadership and individual coaching are her passions in the industry. Julie believes success comes from an equal, diverse, and dynamic workforce.
Julie now proudly serves as Director of HR for ZTransform.
She resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband Don.
