Sophia is a multifaceted professional with a background in AV Technology and Film Production.
After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Central Washington University, Sophia dedicated over a decade to media and entertainment. She has contributed her skills to an award-winning television docuseries and numerous independent film productions across her home state of Washington. Most notably, she was a Production Coordinator for A&E’s Hoarders Season 9, and Production Manager for If There’s a Hell Below, a Slamdance Grand Jury Prize nominee.
Sophia’s love for storytelling inspires her to continue exploring new ways of effectively connecting with diverse audiences. This has allowed her to transition her filmmaking experience into the AV Control Room. In doing so, Sophia has strengthened her technical background and expanded her skillset through the operation, execution, and direction of live broadcasts and events. She has broadened her AV skills by supporting entertainment venues and professional sports teams in the NHL, NBA, WNBA, MiLB, and the Western Hockey League.
As a Project Coordinator for ZTransform, Sophia brings a creative problem-solving approach and an enthusiasm to continue learning the AV integration business, while providing her organizational skills to assist complex projects that make an impact.
