Michael supports ZTransform’s operations through a hybrid role that bridges logistics and technical integration. As Shipping & Receiving / Installation Trainee, he maintains and catalogs incoming inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and readiness across active projects. He also assists with system integration and service calls, contributing to both warehouse coordination and field support.
Currently gaining hands-on experience in cable fabrication and rack prebuilds, Michael is preparing to join ZTransform’s installation team in the field. His background includes technical roles in cable installation and apartment maintenance, where he developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting, tool operation, and collaborative problem-solving.
