New appointment fortifies delivery excellence for company’s growing customer base
ZTransform, a leader in transformational system design, integration, and launch services for broadcasters, sports venues, educational facilities, and corporate media, has announced the appointment of Aaron Shaw as Senior Program Manager.
Aaron joins ZTransform after nearly 17 years at Encompass, a provider of managed broadcast and media services, where he led engineering teams across Asia and North America. His technical expertise and hands-on leadership ensured 24/7 reliability of broadcast operations, rapid resolution of high-stakes issues, and successful delivery of critical infrastructure upgrades, including power and cooling system installs. He spent a decade managing operations in Singapore, then moved to the U.S. in 2019 to head engineering at key broadcast sites in Atlanta and Connecticut.
A native of New Zealand, Aaron began his career at TVNZ before moving on to engineering and systems integration positions at Sky TV Auckland. He went on to deliver projects for Star TV/Astro Malaysia, CNBC Asia, and Ascent Media as a contractor. A standout achievement in his career was leading the launch of the Bally Sports (now FanDuel Sports) regional network, delivering 40 channels over SMPTE ST2110.
In his new role at ZTransform, Aaron will lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology and services for media facility builds and upgrades, ensuring client expectations are met at every stage of the program lifecycle—from scoping and design through vendor and contractor liaison to implementation and delivery. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aaron will report directly to ZTransform’s Director of Engineering, Reed Wilson.

Aaron holds a degree in Electronics & Computer Technology (NZCE) from Auckland University of Technology and an MBA from Durham University. His global perspective and hands-on operational credentials are an asset to ZTransform’s continued growth.
